Miradouro das Portas do Sol/ Portas do Sol Viewpoint ★

Located in the middle of the Alfama district, this viewpoint is free and available 24h. It presents an impressive panorama of tons of houses and its rooftops in brick colour. You can also see the river from there and the environment is always animated, with street entertainers singing.

Amoreiras 360º panoramic

Located on the top of the famous shopping center, there is the 360º panoramic viewpoint. It is one of the best spots to see the whole city, especially at night with all the lights. It has 174m and there are telescopes and maps available to get a better view and understanding.

Elevador de Santa Justa/ Santa Justa Elevator

Also known as Carmo Elevator, it has 45m and connects the Baixa and the Bairro Alto. It finished its construction in 1902, and it was designed in the neogothic style. It has two elevators that led to a famous viewpoint of the whole neighbourhood and of the river. There is also a café on the top, so you can relax while enjoying the view. It is an iconic point of Lisbon and an incredible experience.
